What is KYC and AML?
KYC stands for “know your customer”. When working with us we need to ensure that we know who you are before we can offer some of our services to you, especially in the area of company formation and asset protection setups. For this we may ask you to provide proof of identity (e.g. a passport or national ID card) and residency (e.g. a utility bill, government registration or bank statement).
AML stands for “anti money laundering”. When working with us in the area of asset protection, we need to make sure that the funds you put into the setups we build for you come from legitimate sources. Therefore we may ask you for proof of funds, income or bank statements.
Can you send me any case studies, references or testimonials?
Contrary to many other websites that are full of testimonials, we value the privacy of our existing customers higher than marketing and gaining trust by disclosing their information.
Even the information that someone contracts asset protection services or international structuring may expose them to unexpected threats.
Therefore we will never share contact information or individual setups from previous or existing customers with someone else just to win them as a new client. In the same way you can rest secure that we will never share your information with others when you become our client.
How do I know this is not a scam?

Misc
Who is behind Wealthlocity?
Wealthlocity was created as a successor to various projects like “Lifestyle Solutions”, “Tax for Nomads”, “USA Firma”, and others by our founder Matthias A. Will to bundle up these services in one place, making them and financial knowledge easier accessible to a broader audience.
Wealthlocity consists of a core team that handles our customer interaction, knowledge transfer and monitoring of current developments worldwide and is assisted by our global network of lawyers, tax advisors and immigration helpers and others to give you the best service you can trust in.
What does Wealthlocity mean?
Wealthlocity is a compound word made of the words Wealth and Velocity.
Wealthlocity aims to create, protect and grow your wealth, and sets you up do go into the right direction with the highest speed possible.
While “speed” only defines how fast you go, “velocity” contains the direction in which you go, which is even more important than the speed, because if you drive full speed into the wrong direction, you will never reach our goal of financial freedom and security.
So Wealthlocity can be summarized as “Being on the right expressway towards wealth”.
