When you visit this website, the web server of our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, browser type, operating system). This is technically necessary to provide, stabilize, and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted according to the hosting provider’s standard retention periods.

If you request the free chapter, we use a double opt-in procedure: you first receive a confirmation email, and only after you click the confirmation link is your address added to the mailing list. We process your email address and, as proof of your consent, the IP address and the timestamps of your request and your confirmation. Legal basis for the newsletter is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent); the consent log is kept on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (documentation of consent).

The newsletter is sent by software operated within our own hosting environment; your data is not transferred to an external newsletter or marketing service. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We do not use open-rate or click tracking.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the unsubscribe link contained in every email or by contacting us; the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the mailing list. The consent log may be retained beyond that point for as long as necessary to document that the mailing was lawful.

Consultation bookings are handled via YouCanBookMe (booking) and Stripe (payment). When you book, the data you enter (name, email, selected time, payment data) is processed by these providers under their own privacy policies (YouCanBookMe, Stripe). We receive the booking details and payment status, not your full payment data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter there: your name, your email address, the subject you select, and your message. Submissions are transmitted to us by email and are additionally stored in the database of this website as an operational record of the inquiry.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence addressed to us). The same applies to inquiries you send us directly by email.

We delete inquiries when their storage is no longer required for the purpose of handling the correspondence, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. Data from contact inquiries is not disclosed to third parties.

This site links to external websites, including our other brands and social platforms. When you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
